Founded in 2002, AIS is an independent fund administrator that has grown from its three original partners to over 170 staff in three locations.  AUA has grown each and every year, even during the financial crisis of 2008-2009.  With AUA in excess of $22 billion, AIS has built our business based on the very simple premise that  “The most efficient way to produce an accurate and timely monthly NAV is by producing it each and every day."  This daily process is the key factor in successfully executing our mission of providing total daily operational and financial accounting support to our managers.

 The AIS Service Model

The AIS Service Model is based on a “Team” approach.  The AIS service is split into two areas:

1. Middle and Back Office Service Team - servicing the daily operational and financial accounting needs of the portfolio and investment management company

     2.  Investor Service Team - servicing the needs of all investor related issues. 

AIS is divided into two groups that provide the service for these two separate functions;  these groups are further divided into teams.   A fund and the fund’s investors are each serviced by a team who is dedicated individually to them. 

The AIS Daily Process

The AIS daily process allows individual teams the ability to leverage AIS’ infrastructure and daily reporting capabilities in order to provide a proactive and responsive service.  AIS provides a consistent service executed by knowledgeable staff who are as familiar with you as they are your fund’s daily requirements.  AIS is the only administrator that hedge funds have consistently ranked as a "Top-Rated Fund Administrator" in Global Custodian Magazine’s annual survey for the past six years.  AIS has earned the reputation as a quality administrator with a superior service.
