Please note: Entry level candidates are either recent college graduates or professionals with less than five years of non-management experience in the hedge fund industry or related financial services field.
Experienced professionals have at least five years of related hedge fund industry experience in either a non-management or management role. When applying for experienced positions, please make sure you meet the basic requirements listed on the job description of the position for which you are applying.
The Recruitment Process
We encourage you to apply but advise that you may not get a response right away. Due to the overwhelming amount of submissions, we may not be able to contact every applicant. It is possible that we do not currently have any openings that meet your experience, however AIS does save every resume we receive and may contact you for any future open position.
Here is what to expect if you are selected for the interview process:
- Initial Phase: Email/phone call – brief phone screening by HR professional
- Second Phase: In person interview, filling out the application, meeting with the team manager, teammates and the head of HR
- Third Phase: A follow-up in-person interview may be required as part of the hiring process. You will be contacted after the interview process whether you are offered a position at AIS or not.
