Boris Tiomkin, Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Tiomkin is responsible for the company's strategy and all aspects of finance. Prior to founding AIS, Mr. Tiomkin led Fixed Income Prime Brokerage for Credit Suisse First Boston to become an industry leader in both the U.S. and Europe. He was responsible for strategic development and all aspects of Sales and Marketing. While with Salomon Brothers, Mr. Tiomkin co-founded Salomon's Prime Brokerage practice and led its Financing, Operations, and Product Development. Prior to building these prime brokerage businesses, Boris spent 17 years managing large-scale technology projects. Mr. Tiomkin is a graduate of The Israel Institute of Technology in Haifa with a degree in Applied Mathematics.

Paul Chain, President
Mr. Chain is responsible for all aspects of marketing and sales. He has over 17 years experience in sales and portfolio management. Prior to joining AIS, Mr. Chain founded LWAM (Lone Wolf Asset Management, specializing in High Yield and Distressed Debt) and held senior sales and management positions at Lehman Brothers and Salomon Brothers. As a Senior Vice President at Lehman Brothers, he was responsible for sales of Fixed Income and Foreign Exchange products to High Net Worth families and Hedge Funds. At Salomon Brothers, Mr. Chain sold Fixed Income and Foreign Exchange products, as well as advised wealthy families on hedging techniques relating to their equity, interest rate and foreign exchange exposure. Mr. Chain graduated from Brown University with a BA in Economics.

Peter Jinks, A.C.A., Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Jinks is responsible for all aspects of Financial control at AIS and ensuring that services provided to clients meet industry standards.He has over 18 years experience in the financial service industry. Prior to joining AIS, Mr. Jinks was Chief Financial Officer at Everest Capital Limited - a Bermuda based hedge fund, having managed up to $2.9bn of assets. As a Partner and Controller at Cantor Fitzgerald, LP, Mr. Jinks was responsible for all risk and credit issues for the European operations. Mr. Jinks is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales.
